Tasting notes: lots of leather, a bit of tobacco, and then rich earth flavors. The perfectly fermented and dried beans yield slightly floral notes over golden and round chocolate flavors. Some say the dark chocolate bar has a wonderful roasted flavor with hints of espresso. It is well balanced, and is not as bitter as its high cacao content would suggest.
